International Sales Assistant

Carmo Estruturas e Madeira, S.A. (CarmoForm) is looking for an intern to join the International Sales department.

YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN:

• Monitoring orders and requests from international clients
• Supporting the preparation of commercial proposals and tenders
• Organizing technical and administrative documentation
• Communicating with clients and following up on information requests
• Coordinating with internal teams (logistics, production, finance)
• Updating databases and commercial tools (CRM)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Management, International Trade, or related fields
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of English and/or French (preferred)
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Willingness to learn and grow
