Construction Site Managers – Northern Region

Carmo Estruturas e Madeira, S.A. (CarmoForm) is looking for Construction Site Managers for the Northern Region.

You will be involved in:

• Planning, preparation, and monitoring of construction works
• Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors
• Liaising with different internal departments (production, design, procurement) and external stakeholders
• Management of deadlines, costs, and quality of execution
• Ensuring compliance with best safety practices on site

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (with professional registration)
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Technical knowledge in construction (experience in carpentry is valued)
• Basic computer skills (user level)
• Strong organizational, planning, and team management skills
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving ability
• Customer focus and interest in continuous improvement
