Objectives, activities and expected\/achieved results<\/h4>\n\n

This project, focused on the international expansion of the company, \nincluded investment in prospecting actions for different markets, participation as an exhibitor in several relevant trade fairs in the area of activity, hiring two qualified technical staff to support the strategic plan outlined within the scope of the operation, as well as web presence and content creation. As a result, AMC achieved and exceeded its contractual objective by reaching an export rate of 38.70% in the post-project year (2024).<\/p>\n\n

In order to achieve the project’s objectives, namely to reach an export intensity percentage of over 37%, A. Milne Carmo is investing in internationalisation actions, reverse prospecting missions and exhibiting at trade fairs. It also intends to improve its website, produce catalogues and promotional leaflets, and carry out market studies.<\/p>\n\n
